1.0 Purpose

1.1 To establish clear procedures for refunds.

2.0 Policy Statement

2.1 The Flin Flon Minor Hockey Association will refund registration fees upon application to the Association under the following considerations:

2.1.1 Withdrawal for medical reasons with a doctor’s certificate

2.1.2 Transfer to another community outside FFMHA jurisdiction

2.1.3 Withdrawal for any other reason will be considered by the Board on a case by case basis until November 15 of the current hockey season.

2.2 Refunds will not be considered for suspended players

3.0 Procedure

3.1 The Refund Application form must be completed and submitted to the FFMHA Treasurer. No applications will be considered after January 10 of the current hockey season

3.2 A $35 handling fee will be charged when requesting a refund

3.3 Refunds will be prorated
